Spacewalk Security, Inc. (“Spacewalk AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a SaaS based cybersecurity solution for enterprise customers.

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect on the Spacewalk AI website, through the services we provide and any other sites or service that we own, operate or maintain that link to this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide to Us
Contact Information: We may collect contact information such as name, job title, company name, work address, phone number and email address.
Feedback or Correspondence Information: We may collect information when you contact us with questions or concerns and when you voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys or requests for feedback.
Information We Obtain From Third Parties
Social Media: We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, X, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Other Sources: We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as publicly-available sources, and data providers.
Information We Collect Automatically
We, our advertising partners, and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time when you visit, use, and interact with us and use our services, such as:
Online Activity Information, such as which pages or screens you viewed, the website you visited before browsing to the website, navigation patterns, duration of access and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them.
Device Information, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone or tablet), IP address, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (i.e., WiFi, LTE, 4G) and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area.
Tools We Use to Collect Data Automatically
Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a user’s device to uniquely identify the user’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping users navigate between pages efficiently, remembering users’ preferences, enabling functionality, and helping us understand user activity and patterns. We use cookies to operate and administer our services and gather data about how you use the services in order to improve your experience. Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
Session replay technologies. We may use third-party services to record and store users’ interactions with our services, including users’ clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, text entered, and time spent on our websites during those sessions. These replays help us diagnose usability issues and identify areas for improvement.

Opt out of Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing-related communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communications we send you.

DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is longer.
Some features may allow you to provide content to our site that is not personal information. All such content submitted by you to through our services may be retained by us as long as necessary according to the applicable law, even after you terminate your account. We may continue to disclose such content to third parties in an anonymized manner that does not reveal personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.
CHILDREN
Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly receive information from children.

We are headquartered in the United States. To provide and operate our services, it is necessary for us to process personal information in the United States.
